How does Human-Centered Mentoring work?

Mentoring is a relationship of mutual support and encouragement. A Mentor has higher experience and knowledge than the Mentee and usually shares with the latter valuable insights from their experiences.
They both work collaboratively toward the achievement of mutually-defined goals that will develop a Mentee’s skills, abilities, knowledge, and/or thinking.
